Track Your Order

Two things get you in: the order reference from your confirmation, and the phone number or email address on the order. We ask for both so a reference on its own never opens somebody else’s delivery details.

What you need

  • The order referenceIt looks like NB-4821 and sits at the top of your confirmation email and text message.
  • A contact detail on the orderEither the email address used at checkout, or the mobile number for the person paying or receiving.

Lost the reference? Call the studio on +971 4 555 0180 with the delivery date and recipient name and we will find it. We are open Daily, 8:00 – 22:00.

Delivery windows are three hours wide and our driver calls the recipient on arrival. If nobody answers, we hold the flowers in a cool van and try again the same day. Read the full delivery information for cut-off times by emirate.
