There is no queue and no ticket number. During opening hours the phone rings on the studio bench, next to whoever is tying, which is why we answer it quickly and occasionally out of breath.

Daily, 8:00 – 22:00
Including Fridays and public holidays. The market run means the phone is quietest between 5:00 and 7:00.
Corporate & events
Standing orders, gifting runs and weddings
Weekly arrangements for an office, client gifting at scale, or a full event brief are quoted rather than bought from the catalogue. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly, carry a fixed delivery rate across Dubai, and get a named florist. Send volumes and dates to hello@nourabloom.ae and we will come back with a schedule and a price, not a brochure.
